When you get to meet Michael (he’s the owner), you’ll see what I mean about a guy who gives a damn. Yes he’s the big boss, and he’s passionate and driven. And he’s not here to be your friend, but he’s got a genuine desire to see you succeed, and is always ready with kind words of encouragement. He’s also a good bloke, but firm when he needs to be.
